iMe Live Trainer

Training that
answers back.

We build the tutor your training obligation requires, out of your own policies and procedures, and hand you the record that proves your people were trained. You do not learn any software. You do not write a word.

A signed policy is no
longer enough.

Two changes land on Irish and UK employers this year. Both ask for training that is specific to the role, repeated, and recorded — the kind of thing an annual slide deck has never been able to prove.

October 2026
United Kingdom · Employment Rights Act 2025

All reasonable steps

The duty to prevent harassment rises from reasonable steps to all reasonable steps, and now covers customers, clients and contractors. Employers are expected to show scenario-based practice, a separate pathway for managers, role-specific content, and auditable records of who was trained and on what.

August 2026
Ireland & EU · AI Act, Article 4

AI literacy, enforceable

Every employer using AI tools must give staff AI literacy proportionate to their role. Ireland's AI Office is now operational and inspections are documentation-led: a role inventory, a risk assessment, and training records tied to roles. There is no exemption for small companies, and one-size-fits-all training does not satisfy it.

You hand us the subject.
We hand you the tutor.

01 — The interview

We take the knowledge out of your head

A structured questionnaire, run by us with your subject expert. Policies, procedures, the awkward edge cases, the things people always get wrong. That becomes the knowledge base your tutor teaches from — and it stays yours.

02 — The tutor

A synthetic human, or one of your own people

Photorealistic and voice-accurate, fluent in 32 languages. If you would rather your staff were trained by your own Head of Compliance, we build the tutor from them instead — and they never have to run the session twice.

03 — The conversation

Staff talk. The tutor answers.

Not a video and not a quiz. Your people ask questions out loud, in their own words, and work through real scenarios until they get them right. That is what practice looks like, and it is what the new rules ask for.

04 — The evidence

Proof, not a completion tick

Who was trained, on what, when, and how they handled the scenarios — as a quarterly pack you can put in front of an auditor, a regulator or a tribunal. It also feeds into the LMS you already have.

Including the people
without a laptop.

Every one of these is voice interactive. Your night shift has the same obligation as your head office.

Chat booth

A physical booth on the floor of the plant, the warehouse, the hotel or the ward. No login, no device, no excuse.

Group screen

One screen, one room, a whole team at once — with the tutor taking questions from the floor.

Laptop

In the browser, at the desk, in the induction week or whenever policy changes.

Phone

For field staff, drivers, contractors and anyone you need to reach between sites.

Four weeks, start to live.

Week 1

The interview

Two sessions with your subject expert, plus whatever policy documents you already have. We do the reading.

Week 2

The build

We write the curriculum and the scenarios, and produce the tutor. Nothing is asked of your team in this week.

Week 3

Your review

You talk to the tutor yourself and tell us what to change. We change it. Sign-off is yours.

Week 4

Live

Deployed where you want it — booth, screen, laptop or phone — and the first training records start landing.

A fixed fee, published.

A bespoke e-learning module built from scratch commonly runs to £25,000 for a single hour of finished training. We are a fraction of that, and we do the work that the software companies leave to you.
